All that being said, there is nothing to stop you from using settings that allow you to exceed 60 FPS - the game is yours to play and/or break as you wish. the lower your fps the harder skyrims have a time running. You could always research this sub like I did for performance mods that'll boost your FPS. Just hacked my switch about a week ago, and looking to get into mods. Well, I think I also used a patch with Bruma. Went from a smooth 4K, 4k doesn't really look much different from 1080 in vanilla, 60 fps to a chugging 40-30 fps.
